Refund policy

You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

As our Vinyl's are cut to order we deduct a 20% re-stocking fee of the value of the returned item unless the item is damaged or defective. For Vinyls or Window Films that are cut under 5 Meters we charge a 40% Restocking fee so please order a sample before ordering if you need to confirm the colour. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 business days after we receive the returned package. This time period includes the the time it takes us to process your return, check it and confirm it's condition is like new. We are not liable for any damage to a returned item in transit so please make sure you pack the item safely.

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to returns@layed.com and we will email instructions for returning your items. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
