This is a good quality item that I used to cover my kitchen worktop surfaces. I'm very happy with the outcome, it looks great and other people have complimented it.
However I found doing this quite tricky as a beginner, especially because I wasn't able to remove the sink/worktop hob beforehand, which would have simplified things considerably. Because of that I made some mistakes and there are some imperfections and patches in the finished work. Even so, it still looks great. I'd consider getting a professional in, or doing it without the sink/hob, to get a properly finished job next time.
This wrapping was for a new ikea desk. I washed it before putting on wrap, it looks great but in places it didn’t stick that well. I will have to put glue on those bits. hopefully that will work. But it’s easy to put on and looks really good. First photo shows where it isn’t sticking, and falling down.
Located in Canada and the shipping on this was fairly quick considering where it was coming from. Quality was amazing would highly recommend
Great selection and quality. Planning to wrap kitchen cabinets and counter as a face-lift for a few years until we can gut and remodel. The customer service is amazing. The shipping was startlingly fast! Get Layed! 😉
Worktop wrap is more robust / thicker than other products. Quite easy to fit just be aware its very sticky so just expose a small corner to align a straight run. Be aware to leave the backing paper on when setting up joins - and use a new hard knife / blade to cut thru both layers to get a true cut line. When this product sticks its tricky lifting and re positioning as it can stretch. When using heat it stretches better - but beware as it can crinkle very easily. Overall good product would use again. Can be lifted and replaced in the future with other colours / patterns so not a big risk if you want to change.
Tried doing the island in the kitchen but was so sticky and Tring to get creases out was impossible, also trying to do the back splash area, again unable to get it crease free. Gave job up in the end as not able to do it to a decent standard.
This wrap is amazing quality, nice to work with and has absolutely transformed our kitchen! Would recommend this to anyone looking to revamp their kitchen on a budget.
I used Matt pink with copper a combination which I’m very pleased with. Was reasonably easy to handle the pink wrap although the copper one was a bit stiffer and creased more easily. Total transformation.
I never knew wrapping worktops was a thing and we are so pleased with the final result. It’s saved us a lot of money and can’t get over the finish & look of our redesigned kitchen.
Very authentic looking wood wrap. Also has a thickness and hardness that is very resistant to scratches and impacts when applied to a hard surface.
Great company, my order was a little damaged, after reporting it, I immediately received a new product. I recommend to everyone !!
Really good grain, looks fantastic. Take your time and get a result that looks like a new worktop. Fast customer service when I had a question. Overall excellent.
Very impressive vinyl very easy to work with will be using this company again as soon as my next customer picks a vinyl
The material was SO hard to work with! It randomly ripped, so we had to try and hide it, and it was constantly crinkling and seemed as though it was brittle. It looks decently good now that it’s done. But it took 12 hours to install in our kitchen, and lots of bad language was used :(
I wouldn’t recommend this product if your counters aren’t small and completely flat and square.
