Shipping & Returns

Our packages are very large as they can range from 1.2 to 1.5 meters (4 to 5ft) in length but we have found the best shipping rates possible. Find your country below and if you are not on the list then please contact us for a custom quote. 

When you order over 10 meters (33 feet) you can avail of Free or Discounted Shipping Rates depending on your location, see below. 

All samples are sent by post, you can order up to 24 samples with shipping only €1.99 to anywhere in the world. 

We generally dispatch your order on the same day if ordered before 1pm or by the following business day for orders after 1pm. 

 

- Returns Policy

You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

As our Vinyl's are cut to order we deduct a 20% re-stocking fee of the value of the returned item unless the item is damaged or defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 business days after we receive the returned package. This time period includes the the time it takes us to process your return, check it and confirm it's condition is like new. We are not liable for any damage to a returned item in transit so please make sure you pack the item safely.

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to returns@layed.com and we will email instructions for returning your items. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

- Customs, Duties and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment outside of the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.

For these countries outside of the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom our 23% sales tax is deducted at checkout so any import tax and duty you pay will be around the same amount as our sales tax for most countries.

Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
